SEO that you can run yourself
You don't need a $200/mo tool to audit your own website. Start free, 10 audits a month, no credit card. Upgrade to Starter at $29 when you're ready. Plain-English findings, stack-aware checks, no upsell wall in the middle of the report.
Recommended plan: Free → Starter $29/mo when ready
No card needed. Results in 30 seconds.
The free tier is real
Most SEO tools advertise a free tier and then gate every useful screen behind a credit card or a 14-day clock. Ours doesn't.
10 audits a month, every month.
Not a trial. Not 'first audit free'. A permanent monthly allowance.
No credit card required.
Sign up with email. Run audits. Decide later. No card on file means no auto-renew surprise.
Full audit, not a teaser.
Free audits run all 154 rules across 15 modules. Same engine as paid plans. The gate is volume, not depth.
Stop paying for it whenever.
If you upgrade and want to downgrade later, the Stripe customer portal handles it. No 'contact us to cancel' email back-and-forth.
What you actually need (and what you don't)
Most SEO tools sell features small businesses never use. Here is the honest map of what helps and what doesn't.
An audit that tells you what's wrong, in plain English.
154 rules across technical SEO, on-page, performance, AI-readability, modern SEO, accessibility, social presence, privacy, and the platform you actually run. Each finding has a one-sentence explanation and a documentation link.
Core Web Vitals from real Google data.
INP, LCP, CLS, TTFB. Lab data from Google PageSpeed, field data from the Chrome User Experience Report. The same metrics Google uses to rank you.
An audit that knows what stack you run.
WordPress, WooCommerce, Shopify, Astro. Our audit detects the platform and runs platform-specific checks. We don't flag 'no sitemap' on a Shopify store that has one at /sitemap.xml because the audit knows where to look.
What you don't need: keyword rank tracking across 250 keywords.
Most SMBs don't need this. If you have one site and rank for 20-30 brand-relevant terms, Search Console (free, from Google) does it just as well. Our audit ingests your Search Console queries so you can see what's actually bringing traffic.
What you don't need: a 10,000-page site crawler.
If your site has 10,000 pages, you are an enterprise. Most SMBs are 5 to 200 pages. A single deep audit on your most important page tells you 95% of what you need to fix.
Stack-aware audits
We don't run generic checks and then bury you in irrelevant warnings. The audit detects your platform and runs platform-specific rules.
WordPress
10 WordPress-specific rules. Detects the version, looks for outdated plugins, checks the permalink structure, validates yoast/rankmath SEO output, confirms image optimization settings.
WooCommerce
9 WooCommerce-specific rules on top of the WordPress ones. Validates product schema, checks pagination, surfaces canonical issues on product variants, confirms inventory/availability schema.
Shopify
11 Shopify-specific rules. Checks the storefront's JSON-LD product schema, validates the canonical setup on product pages, surfaces Liquid render performance, looks at the theme's CWV behavior.
Astro
12 Astro-specific rules. Validates Image component usage, checks client directive density, surfaces hydration and CWV impact of islands, confirms View Transitions setup.
Recommended plan
Free → Starter $29/mo
Start on Free. Run 3 to 5 audits on your site, on your competitors, on the URLs you actually care about. When you hit the 10-audit cap or want white-label PDF + brand kit, upgrade to Starter $29/mo. That covers 5 domains. If you eventually need unlimited domains and scheduled re-audits, Pro is $49/mo. There is no enterprise tier; you don't need one.
FAQ
How is this different from a $200/mo tool like WooRank or SEMrush?
We focus on the audit + Google data + clean delivery, all priced for solo operators and small teams. We do not have a 250-keyword rank tracker, a 10,000-page crawler, or backlink intelligence at SEMrush's scale. Most small businesses don't use those features even when they're paying for them.
Is the audit really actionable for non-technical users?
Yes. Every finding has a plain-English title, a one-paragraph explanation, and a link to documentation that explains why it matters. We deliberately avoid jargon-only findings. If you can read and follow a recipe, you can follow the audit.
Do I need a developer to fix what the audit finds?
Depends on the finding. Things like 'meta description too short' or 'missing alt text' you can fix yourself in your CMS in 5 minutes. Things like 'TTFB > 1.5s' might need a developer or a hosting change. We mark each finding by the kind of effort it implies.
Can I run audits on competitors' sites?
Yes. The audit works on any public URL. Run it on competitors to see what they're optimizing better than you. We don't check ownership.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
We keep your audit history for 30 days after cancellation in case you come back. After that, audits and brand kit are deleted; account row is anonymized. Detailed in our privacy policy.
Do you have a yearly plan?
Yes. Annual is ~25% off. Starter $261/year ($21.75/mo equivalent), Pro $441/year ($36.75/mo equivalent). One payment, year of audits.
Stop writing SEO reports by hand.
Run an audit, brand the PDF, send to your client. In five minutes.
