Built for agencies that bill clients, not for tools that bill agencies

The agency math
Compare cost-per-client-domain. WooRank Premium gives you 5 projects for $199.99/mo; you pay for every project beyond that. MetricSpot Pro is flat at $49/mo for unlimited domains.

What you get on Pro
Six things that matter to agency operators. Not a 30-feature checklist.
White-label PDF with your brand kit
Logo, color, footer. Per-brand (you can run multiple brands per account). Generated server-side, signed download URL. No 'Powered by MetricSpot' lurking on page 7.
Unlimited audits, unlimited domains
Run 50 audits on one client's site. Or 50 audits across 50 clients. No domain quota, no project cap.
Scheduled audits with email delivery
Weekly, biweekly, or monthly. The audit runs automatically and emails the client (or you) when the new PDF is ready. Set once, runs forever.
Audit in 7 languages
en, es, de, fr, pt, it, ca. Same audit engine, native subject lines in lifecycle emails, native PDF output.
GA4 + Search Console panels
Wire each client's Google account once. Every audit on that domain surfaces 28-day sessions, top queries, striking-distance keywords. Read-only.
REST API with Bearer tokens
11 audit and PDF endpoints. Mint a key, integrate with your existing client portal, render PDFs on demand. Public docs landing in weeks.
The agency workflow
How agencies actually use MetricSpot. Not a tutorial - just the rhythm.
- 1
Set up your brand kit once
Upload your logo, pick your accent color, write your footer. White-label PDFs now render with your branding instead of ours.
- 2
Add a client domain, run a baseline audit
First audit takes 90 seconds. Get a 154-rule report covering technical SEO, performance, AI-readability, on-page, social, stack-specific issues for WordPress / WooCommerce / Shopify / Astro.
- 3
Connect that client's Google account (optional)
Adds GA4 sessions and GSC queries to every future audit on that domain. Read-only. Disconnect anytime.
- 4
Schedule weekly delivery
Pick a cadence, pick a recipient (you, your account manager, the client directly). MetricSpot re-runs and emails the white-label PDF every week.
- 5
Use the API for retention reports
Hit POST /api/audits to queue audits programmatically. Pull PDFs into your client portal, monthly recap emails, or your own Notion / Airtable workflow.
Recommended plan
Pro $49/mo
For an agency running more than 5 client domains, the answer is Pro $49/mo. Below 5 domains, Starter $29/mo is cleaner. The Free tier (10 audits/mo, 1 domain) is for trying it before paying. We strongly recommend running 3 to 5 baseline audits on Free before deciding.
FAQ
Can I have multiple brands inside one MetricSpot account?
Yes. The brand kit supports multiple brand entries. Per audit, you pick which brand renders on the PDF. Useful if you run a few different agencies or have white-label sub-brands per industry vertical.
Do my clients see 'MetricSpot' anywhere on the PDF?
Not in the body. The PDF is rendered with your logo, your color, your footer text. Where typical tools put 'Powered by X', we put your footer. Some clients prefer to keep MetricSpot's name as a credibility signal (especially when selling to bigger accounts); you can write that into your footer if so.
How do scheduled audits land in the client's inbox?
From a noreply@metricspot.com address with the audit PDF attached (or, if the PDF is large, linked from the email). You can override the From name and subject pattern in your brand kit. Custom From domain is on the roadmap.
What if I have 50 client domains?
Pro $49/mo covers it. Unlimited domains means unlimited domains. If you genuinely run audits at scale (hundreds of domains, programmatic delivery), our REST API is the right path; talk to us if you need higher per-token quotas.
How does this compare to AgencyAnalytics or Looker Studio?
AgencyAnalytics is a multi-source dashboarding tool with PDF export across ~80 connectors. We are a focused SEO audit + Google data tool. Many agencies use both: AgencyAnalytics for the recurring dashboard layer, MetricSpot for the deep technical audit and the white-label one-shot reports. Different jobs.
Do you have a partner / reseller program?
Not formally. We do offer agency-friendly pricing on annual plans (Pro at $441/year = $36.75/mo equivalent). If you operate at real scale and want a custom arrangement, contact us via the support form.
